A device for translocating salty water in salt fields.

After the lwer part is submerged in the water to be pulled, a person steps onto the wheel,

leans on the post, and treads on the wheel wings to pull up water.

To maintain the salinity without dilution from rain or snow,

salt water is moved to salt water storage located in the middle of the evaporating ponds, protected by only a roof.

A waterwheel is used to pump the salt water back to the salt ponds.
